Z Hotkey Issue

Every time i boot up , i get this message about my Zhotkey not working or loading right. It then asks me if I want to send a message to Microsoft.

I assume the Z hotkey this is for the keys on side of my keyboard. Like the copy and paste key which I use all day.

They are not working anymore.

Any clue on how to fix this . I miss those keys...
